Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and driven Applied AI Researcher to join our AI team. This role focuses on developing state-of-the-art techniques for generative video models. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in deep learning, computer vision, and computer graphics, with the ability to translate cutting-edge research into scalable, practical applications that elevate our video production platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop next gen, cutting edge generative video models , tailored for use in video production.
• Conduct research on neural rendering techniques, including novel methods for video-based rendering, human centric models and gaussian splatting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, artists, and product managers, to turn research into deployable features within Voia’s platform.
• Stay up to date with the latest research in deep learning, computer vision, and generative AI to propose innovative solutions and maintain Voia's competitive edge.
• Publish findings in top-tier conferences and journals, contributing to the academic and industrial AI community.

Qualifications:

• Ph.D. or Master’s in Engineering , Computer Science , Artificial Intelligence , Machine Learning , Computer Vision , or a related field.
• Extensive experience in deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch.
• Expertise in video diffusion models (large scale) .
• Experience on taking a model from research to production.
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment and adapt research for commercial applications.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with recent diffusion, 3D and neural rendering technologies.
• Proven track record of research and development in fields related to 3D, video, and AI, with a history of publications in leading conferences.
