Position Overview:

We are currently seeking talented and experienced Chefs at various levels, including Commi Chef, Sous Chef, Demi Chef, and Chef de Partie. Applicants should possess expertise in a la carte or buffet-style culinary operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Showcase culinary mastery and creativity in preparing high-quality dishes.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain exceptional standards of food quality and presentation.
• Demonstrate proficiency in various kitchen stations and techniques.

Requirements:

• Proven experience of a minimum of 2 years in a 5-star hotel or high-end restaurant environment.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective communication skills within a collaborative team setting.
