About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Clinical and Medical Officer (CCMO) to serve as the top clinical executive, with a focus on leading all clinical and medical efforts. The CCMO will be instrumental in the strategic planning, analysis, and implementation of process improvements, policies, and practices to ensure the highest quality of care. This role involves close collaboration with the executive leadership team and directors across the organization's various locations to drive clinical excellence and the development of competitive strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the behavioral health field, particularly in the areas of autism, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and specialty mental health, and will be adept at using data and metrics to inform decision-making in a complex medical and clinical environment. Candidates for the CCMO position at the company should have an MD or DO, with a preference for board certification or eligibility in psychiatry or internal medicine. A state license where the company operates is required. The successful candidate will be a psychiatrist by training, with a proven track record of leadership in a clinical setting. Responsibilities include leading practice changes, developing quality programs, and promoting the organization's national reputation as a leader in the field.
