Job Description
A long-standing Seattle law firm is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Attorney (4813) to join its growing Real Estate and Capital Markets practice. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of law firm experience working on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, including leasing, financing, acquisition, development, and joint ventures. A license to practice in Washington State is required.
What You’ll Do:
Support clients in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions including drafting and negotiating leases, purchase and sale agreements, financing documents, and joint venture agreements
Provide counsel on asset management matters and coordinate closely with clients, lenders, and opposing counsel
Collaborate with experienced partners across related transactional practices
Handle deal structuring and project management through closing
Maintain the firm’s reputation for excellence, responsiveness, and practical counsel
What They’re Looking For:
2–5 years of commercial real estate experience in a law firm environment
Licensed to practice law in Washington State
Strong drafting skills and attention to detail
A positive, team-oriented attitude and excellent communication skills
Interest in contributing to a busy practice with high-quality work and room to grow
Solid academic credentials and a demonstrated commitment to client service
