Your Role in Service & Engagement

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will play a vital role in enhancing the guest experience by providing top-notch service. You will use your problem-solving skills to resolve concerns, and your knowledge of our in-store and digital offerings to drive guest loyalty. Your mission is to make shopping quick and easy for all guests, ensuring quality at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional guest service, creating a welcoming environment for everyone.
• Engage with guests authentically, observing their needs based on verbal and non-verbal cues.
• Communicate effectively and promote all of Target's products, services, and current offers.
• Efficiently handle checkout processes while maintaining accuracy and compliance with best practices.
• Support guest services such as Order Pick-Up and Drive-Up, ensuring all processes are smooth and enjoyable for our guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in your work area to enhance guest experience.
