Dialysis Patient Care Technician - Attleboro, MA

Job Type: Full-Time

Hours: Monday-Friday + every other Saturday - 5:00 AM-2:00 PM

We're hiring a Dialysis Patient Care Technician to join our team in Attleboro. In this role, you'll provide hands-on care to patients with End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD), helping them feel safe, supported, and empowered during treatment.

Whether you're already certified or just starting out, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
• Measure and record vital signs and treatment data
• Assist with machine setup and patient preparation
• Observe and report patient responses to treatment
• Maintain a safe, compassionate, and professional care environment

Qualifications:

We welcome both experienced dialysis technicians and those new to the field.

Required for all applicants:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong desire to care for patients with chronic kidney disease
• Comfort working around blood and needles
• Current BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

Preferred:

• Healthcare experience (CNA, MA, EMT, or similar)
• Dialysis technician certification from BONENT, NNCC, NNCO, or a state-approved body (required for experienced PCTs)

Salary Range:

• $19.99 - $31.69 / hour depending on experience and qualifications
