The Role
FullBloom is

seeking

a

great sales representative, the

Director of School Partnerships

-

Special Education

, to

join

our growing K-12 School Partnerships organization

.

This individual will support two of the companys three operating divisions Catapult Learning and Specialized Education Services, Inc

.

(SESI)

.

Reporting to the

Senior Director of School Partnerships

West, this individual

is charged with generating new business relationships and expanding existing business partnerships,

primarily

focused on

providing

n-

D

istrict

C

lassroom

(IDC)

solutions

, as well as professional development and

d

irect student

services

.

This position will

drive

FullBlooms

sales

go-to-market

strategy

;

new customer acquisition

;

and

key account growth

for

FullBlooms

suite of Special Education services

.
A heavy focus of this role will be expanding SESIs

IDC

program,

a

unique school-in-a-school

model

dedicated to special

and

alternative education

, fully operated by SESI

. The company operates over 90

IDCs

nationwid

e. The demand for these services

climbing

as school districts look for innovative

ways

to support students with

intensive behavioral needs

The Responsibilities
The

Director of School Partnerships - Special Education

will

sell directly to K-12

public

school districts

.

Essential duties and responsibilities of this position include the following:
Own the IDC sales cycle for

your assigned

territory,

from target and prospect identification through to contract close

.
Collaborate cross departmentally to include

Sales Operations

,

Marketing

and in-house Proposals Team to:

I

dentify

and attract

targets and prospects for IDC sale

s.
I

mplement a plan for generating leads via targeted marketing campaigns, current customer referrals,

and

relevant conferences

.
Develop and manage a sales plan that focuses on attractive targets and meets revenue and profit goals

.
Lead the development of

sales

proposals, in collaboration with

our in-house p

roposals team

.

Develop and maintain strong

stakeholder

relationships with Special Education

d

irectors,

d

istrict leaders,

school board members

, community leaders, and other influential constituents

.
Implement key account strategies to drive new and expansion business.
Participate in regular planning and strategy meetings focused on growth efforts

.
Help

i

dentify attractive markets

that align favorable funding frameworks with

FullBlooms

suite of academic, behavioral, and social-emotional services

At least eight years of experience in related sales experience.
Deep understanding of K-12/Special Education

buying cycles
Proven

track record of meeting sales targets in K-12 industries.
Familiar with

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

and

pipeline management
Support and develop relationships with

public

school leaders
Excellent interpersonal, verbal,

written, and organizational skills

Willingness to travel
