Job Full Description A petroleum, lubrication, and carwash equipment company is looking for a service coordinator on 1st shift in Madison! Dispatching experience is required, but this position can be so much more than dispatching. You will have the opportunity to get to know your customers, build rapport with them, work with customers on payment, and work closely with the technicians.
Salary: $20-24/hr
Schedule: Monday 6:30am-4:30pm, Tuesday-Friday 7am-4:30pm (Monday has an early start to be a part of the tech meeting for the week)
Job Responsibilities: - Create routes for the week and update routes daily as stops need to be added in
- Send routes out to the techs at night for the next day
- Update paperwork, update parts, bill tickets
- Accounts receivable calls
- Customer follow up calls and build rapport with customers
Qualifications: - Valid Driver's License (Required)
- Previous dispatching experience (Required)
- Personality!
- Attention to detail & ability to prioritize tasks
