Integrity Staffing has partnered with a leading manufacturer here in Tulsa, OK who is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our HR team as an Entry-Level Human Resources Coordinator. In this role, you will support various HR functions and initiatives aimed at attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. A degree in Human Resources is required, and candidates with marketing experience will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Support:

    • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Employee Onboarding and Offboarding:

    • Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and facilitating training programs.
    • Manage offboarding processes, including conducting exit interviews and processing necessary paperwork.
  • HR Administration:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
    • Assist in administering employee benefits programs and answering employee inquiries regarding benefits.
  • Employee Relations:

    • Act as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.
    • Assist in resolving employee relations issues in compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
  • HR Projects and Initiatives:

    • Support HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and overall organizational effectiveness.
    • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required.
  • Previous experience or coursework in HR preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS software.
  • Experience or interest in marketing is a plus.
