Integrity Staffing has partnered with a leading manufacturer here in Tulsa, OK who is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our HR team as an Entry-Level Human Resources Coordinator. In this role, you will support various HR functions and initiatives aimed at attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. A degree in Human Resources is required, and candidates with marketing experience will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
- Assist in administering employee benefits programs and answering employee inquiries regarding benefits.
Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Assist in resolving employee relations issues in compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required.
- Previous experience or coursework in HR preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS software.
- Experience or interest in marketing is a plus.
