Job Description
Slick City Action Park Brownsburg is looking to hire an Event Manager to coordinate all party bookings and reservations and interact with party guests ahead of their arrival and during their arrival to ensure a positive experience.
This position would:
- Manage all party and special event reservations and bookings
- Follow up with party guest host prior to arrival to ensure a smooth check in
- Ensure all party guests have waivers signed before arrival
- Assist in scheduling and assigning Slick City Party Hosts and Party Check Ins for each party ahead of time
- Manage Party Check In and Party Hosts during parties to ensure the best guest experience
- Manage Party Cafe Team Members
- Follow up with party guest host after the party by email or phone to ensure their party was a positive experience
