About the Role

As our Executive Sous Chef , you will be a vital part of our management team, working closely with the executive chef in a bustling kitchen environment with an annual managed volume of $1.51-3.5M. You will take the lead in the kitchen when the executive chef is away, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional meals and that our team operates smoothly.

Your Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations and manage food inventory.
  • Prepare delicious meals that reflect our commitment to quality.
  • Lead and mentor hourly team members, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years of culinary experience in a high-end or fine dining establishment.
