We are seeking professionals with hands-on welding or fabrication experience, whether acquired through training, trade school, personal projects, or previous roles.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG welding using pulse voltage
• Engage in custom fabrication that requires blueprint reading
• JIG fabrication including tack welding, preparing for finish welds
• Handle other assigned duties as necessary

Skills and Requirements:

• Proficient in blueprint reading and fabrication techniques
• Experienced in MIG welding and operating power tools
• Familiar with hand tools and basic math for precise measurements
• Knowledgeable in construction safety protocols
• Familiarity with rigging, mechanical systems, and pipe threading
• Capability to work with sheet metal and perform ductwork tasks
• Experience using calipers, micrometers, and TIG welding techniques
