Ma Maison Marcellus is seeking talented and motivated multi-skilled handymen/handywomen and carpenters to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of tasks related to residential remodeling and general handyman services. Ideal candidates should have a diverse skill set, a passion for quality craftsmanship, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Perform various repair and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
- Execute residential remodeling projects, including but not limited to framing, drywall installation, painting, tiling, and, flooring.
- Assess and troubleshoot issues, providing effective solutions and recommendations.
- Communicate clearly with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project completion in a timely and efficient manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve skills and service.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a handyman, handywoman, or carpenter, with a broad skill set in residential repairs and remodeling.
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, tools, and materials.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- English Speaking.
