Customer Service Representative

The main goal of this position is to provide excellent customer service and ensure a smooth experience for guests. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Register guests, assign rooms, and verify credit information
2. Manage room availability and guest accounts using computerized systems
3. Process transactions, including computing bills and collecting payments
4. Perform basic accounting activities, such as balancing cash accounts
5. Provide room keys and instructions to staff members
6. Review accounts and charges with guests during the check-out process
7. Record transactions and maintain accurate records
8. Communicate effectively using various methods

This position also requires the ability to multitask, prioritize duties, and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Basic math skills and knowledge of accounting principles
