Job Description

The Summers Agency is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Remote Entry-Level Life Insurance Agents . This role offers the flexibility to work from home, allowing you to maintain a balanced lifestyle while establishing a rewarding career in the life and health insurance sector.

What We Do:

At The Summers Agency, we partner with a leading national brokerage firm to help clients secure reliable and affordable insurance solutions. Our primary focus includes life insurance, health coverage, and retirement planning, all aimed at ensuring our clients' financial security and peace of mind.

How We Operate:

Our agents have access to a nationwide inventory of leads from prospective clients actively seeking insurance solutions. By collaborating with in-house product specialists, you will customize solutions to meet individual client needs, such as age, health status, financial responsibilities, and long-term goals. After verifying client information, you will schedule appointments to discuss optimal coverage options, which can be conducted via phone, Zoom, in-person, or during meals. This position allows for a flexible work environment, whether remote, in-person, or hybrid. Once clients select their coverage, you will assist them in completing the application process through our user-friendly platform. Commissions will be paid directly to your bank account upon policy approval, with some carriers offering instant approval for potential payment as soon as the next day.

Compensation:

This is a 1099 commission-based position with unlimited earning potential. Our carriers provide generous payouts with no income caps or minimum quotas. Part-time agents working 15-20 hours a week may earn between $3,000 and $5,000 per month (approximately six policies), totaling around $70,000 annually. Full-time agents can expect to earn between $15,000 and $17,000 monthly (15-20 placed policies), potentially resulting in $150,000 per year. Additional bonuses, trips, and incentives are available based on performance. Success and earnings are influenced by individual effort and market demand .

Why Join The Summers Agency?

  • Work-Life Balance: Set your own schedule and work from anywhere, allowing for more time with family and personal pursuits.

  • Mentorship: Benefit from ongoing personal and professional development from industry leaders.
  • Growth Opportunities: Build your career in a supportive environment with ample room for advancement.

Who We Are Looking For:

We seek self-motivated individuals who are passionate about helping others and committed to achieving success.
