Job Description We are seeking a driven intern to join our Real Estate Finance Team. You will gain hands-on investment experience across a broad spectrum of commercial real estate credit opportunities in the United States. This role requires someone who can work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
What you will do You will work alongside experienced investment professionals, learning key aspects of commercial real estate finance:
- Property and credit underwriting analysis
- Investment structuring
- Investment approval
- Portfolio monitoring and reporting
- Transaction closing and due diligence

What you bring - Third-year student working towards a bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
- A clearly defined interest in commercial real estate
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
