The Inventory Management Associate plays a crucial role in supporting the Receiving and Inventory Control Specialist (RICS) in maintaining optimal inventory levels. You will ensure accuracy in all inbound and outbound inventory activities, keep the sales floor stocked, and comply with inventory procedures. Your key responsibilities will involve verifying merchandise deliveries, preparing items for sale, adhering tags, inputting freight data, executing RTVs, and maintaining an organized stock room.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote a service-oriented culture to build strong customer relationships.
• Handle all inventory processes with precision.
• Verify merchandise deliveries align with company standards.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor, ensuring proper signage and tagging.
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry for freight and inventory movements.
• Efficiently execute RTVs, orders, transfers, and markdowns in compliance with policies.
• Maintain productivity and keep the stock room organized.
• Adhere to all relevant laws, policies, and procedures.
• Take on additional duties as assigned while demonstrating professionalism and teamwork.
