Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions with clients to understand business challenges, marketing objectives, and customer experience goals.
• Architect end-to-end solutions leveraging the Adobe Experience Cloud suite, including AEM, Analytics, Target, Campaign/Journey Optimizer, Real-Time CDP, Commerce, and Marketo Engage.
• Articulate the value proposition of integrated Adobe solutions to executives and stakeholders, demonstrating ROI.
• Lead technical strategy during sales cycles, developing proposals, effort estimates, demos, and technical architecture diagrams for RFPs.
• Develop strategic roadmaps for Adobe adoption and maturity with phased timelines and expected outcomes.
• Provide architectural oversight during project delivery, ensuring alignment with client goals and Adobe best practices.
• Advise on data architecture, integration patterns, and governance across the Adobe Experience Cloud.
• Identify opportunities for optimization, personalization, and automation within client Adobe environments.
• Stay informed on Adobe roadmaps and industry trends to bring innovative ideas to clients.
• Act as SME, mentoring technical teams and contributing to the strategic direction of the Adobe practice.
• Develop reusable assets to accelerate delivery (solution frameworks, roadmaps, reference architectures).
• Collaborate with marketing and sales enablement, providing thought leadership and technical content.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital experience solutions, including 3+ years across multiple Adobe Experience Cloud platforms (AEM, Analytics, Target, Campaign/Journey Optimizer, Real-Time CDP, Commerce, Marketo Engage).
• Strong understanding of core AEM capabilities (Sites, Assets) and integration patterns.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical, integrated Adobe solutions.
• Knowledge of customer journey mapping, personalization strategies, data activation, and marketing automation.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (Adobe Cloud Manager, AWS, Azure) and DevOps concepts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for technical and executive audiences.
• Experience in client-facing, pre-sales, or consulting roles, including solution estimation and RFP responses.
• Adobe certifications (e.g., Adobe Certified Expert, Adobe Certified Master Architect) are highly preferred.
