Office Coordinator
Do you have experience in Talent Acquisitions and want to work for a company that positively impacts the lives of many individuals it serves? In the Office Coordinator role, you will contribute to the company's commitment to serve other by ensuring an efficient process and creating a positive new hire experience. 

 

Wage: $22 Hourly

Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8:00 - 4:30

• Communicate required next steps with candidates after an offer is accepted. 
• Assist new hires in completing pre-employment requirements respective to operating group, state and funding regulations. 
• Utilize the applicant tracking systems to ensure new hires are completing their tasks in a timely manner. 
• Follow up with candidates and answer any questions. 
• Work closely with Talent Acquisition Recruiters and Hiring Managers to ensure a quality candidate experience and onboarding process. 
• Coordinate with trainers for orientation 
• Proactively seek to maintain candidate engagement throughout the process
• Provide backup support for administrative staff. 

Qualifications :

• Highschool diploma or equivalent 
• Minimally 1 year of related administrative support experience preffered 
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Effective communication skills with ability to quickly build rapport with others
• Experience with applicant tracking software preferred
• A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach
• A commitment to quality in everything you do
