Job Description
The Personal Assistant will provide direct administrative and personal support to company executives. This position requires excellent communication skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a remote environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain executive calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Handle daily correspondence, emails, and phone communication.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take detailed notes.
Assist with document preparation, reports, and project coordination.
Perform online research and maintain accurate records.
Support personal and business-related administrative tasks.
Manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups for ongoing projects.
Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Assistant preferred.
Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and communication tools such as Zoom or Slack.
Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters.
Reliable internet connection and dedicated home workspace.
