What You'll Do:
Patient Care: Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations, diagnose mental health conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans.
Medication Management: Prescribe medications and monitor patient response, making adjustments as needed.
Collaboration: Work closely with a supervising psychiatrist to ensure quality care and compliance with regulations.
Telehealth: Utilize telehealth technology to connect with patients remotely, providing convenient and accessible care.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in our electronic health system.
What You'll Need:
Licensure: Current Pennsylvania Physician Assistant license
Certification: NCCPA certification
Experience: 1+ year of experience in psychiatry or behavioral health (preferred)
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in electronic health records.
