We are seeking a Principal UX Designer who thrives on building delightful experiences designed for a diverse set of creatives. You will lead by doing rolling up your sleeves to design, prototype, and deliver user experiences that transform advertising. In this role, you will move fluidly from high-level strategy to pixel-level execution, getting your work into customers hands quickly and learning from their feedback. You will thrive in a start-up-like environment, unblocking yourself, navigating ambiguity, and maintaining a relentless focus on delivering high-quality, real-world experiences. Your deep knowledge of generative AI will help shape how we build the next wave of agentic, creative-focused solutions. This role is based in New York, NY or Seattle, WA. Key job responsibilities* 10+ years of UX/product design experience with leadership in complex or technical domains
* A portfolio demonstrating exceptional design thinking, polished interface craftsmanship, and impactful prototypes
* Proven ability to deliver end-to-end designs for shipped products
* Familiarity with creative production tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, motion or 3D tools)
* Interest in the workflows and challenges of advertising asset creation
* Experience designing tools or systems that incorporate AI/ML
* Ability to operate independently, self-direct, and move fast in ambiguous environments
* Excellent collaboration, storytelling, and communication skills, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders
* Experience applying user research to drive iterative design decisions
* Deep curiosity about and familiarity with generative AI
* Experience prototyping with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript or similar)
* Exposure to agentic systems, conversational interfaces, or LLM-powered workflows
* Familiarity with responsible AI principles, including safety, fairness, and transparency
* Proven mentorship and leadership skills while staying hands-on
* Passion for empowering creative professionals with beautifully crafted, high-velocity tools
