Position Overview: We are seeking a courteous and skilled Professional Chauffeur to join our team, providing safe, luxurious, and reliable transportation services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent driving skills, a customer-centric attitude, and a dedication to creating exceptional travel experiences.
Responsibilities:
• Safe and Responsible Driving: Operate luxury vehicles safely and responsibly, adhering to traffic rules and regulations.
• Client Experience: Provide a first-class customer service experience, including assisting clients with boarding, disembarking, and luggage handling.
• Route Planning: Plan and navigate optimal routes to ensure on-time arrivals while considering traffic conditions and client preferences.
• Vehicle Care: Maintain the cleanliness and impeccable condition of the vehicle's interior and exterior.
• Chauffeur Etiquette: Present a professional and polished appearance, reflecting the high standards of the organization.
• Client Engagement: Engage in courteous and friendly interactions with clients when engaged by clients, anticipating their needs and preferences.
• Client Safety: Prioritize client safety and well-being, ensuring a comfortable and smooth journey.
• Communication: Maintain clear and open communication with dispatch, clients, and other team members.
• Knowledge of Fleet: Demonstrate familiarity with the features and amenities of the vehicle fleet to address client inquiries.
• Problem Solving: Address any unexpected situations or challenges during transportation with composure and professionalism.
Qualifications:
• Minimum High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with an excellent driving record.
• DOT Medical Certification
• Clean background
• Previous professional driving experience, particularly in chauffeured services or luxury transportation.
• Impeccable driving skills, with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for positive client interactions.
• Familiarity with the local area ie. Raleigh, Durham, Chapel, to include Raleigh Durham International Airport and local FBO’s, routes, and the ability to navigate using GPS systems.
• Professional demeanor, punctuality, and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of luxury vehicles, amenities, and client expectations.
• Ability to adapt to changing situations and provide solutions under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills to manage schedules and client requirements.

Requirements
• Must be willing to work a 12-hour shift.
• Availability of 7 days week (will strive to plan for two days off per week)
• Must be willing to work an alternating weekly schedule i.e. 07:00 a.m. to 07:00 p.m., or 07:00 p.m. to 07:00 a.m.
• Mandatory 2 weekends per month
• Must be responsible for ensuring business assigned vehicle is properly maintained, i.e., bring to office for maintenance, carwashes, 100% completion of pre and post trip inspections.
• CDL-P Endorsed Professional Chauffeurs must be able to drive all Commercial Motor Vehicles 9+ passengers to include motorcoaches.
• Mandatory to cover flight dispatch rides if they are booked on your shift.
• Must have at least a 99% trip acceptance rate to continue to receive a guaranteed salary.
• Must maintain an excellent driving record.
• Must be at least 25 years of age.
