Description The Sales Counselor for our Blue Heron Nexus Division represents our pre-designed, architecturally significant homes throughout our planned communities. The Sales Counselor provides superior experiences throughout the sales journey for clients. This role exemplifies passion for design-build and articulates key differentiators in purchasing a Blue Heron home. Responsibilities Utilize sales strategies, presentation tools, and marketing resources to achieve sales goals. Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. Manage outbound leads through networking, prospecting, and cultivating new relationships. Manage your sales pipeline independently, establishing connections with potential clients. Welcome prospective clients and provide an experience aligned with the Blue Heron brand. Accurately capture and manage client information in CRM throughout the sales process. Provide tours of show homes and available homesites. Communicate value proposition and differentiators versus other builders. Maintain knowledge of floorplans, homesites, options, design, financing, and communities. Educate Sales Associates and Sales Hosts on relevant topics. Understand client motivations and qualify appropriately. Facilitate purchasing, including explaining financing options and coordinating with lenders. Schedule and coordinate client appointments with internal teams. Manage the full client journey during the build and resolve issues. Engage in client walks and milestone celebrations. Maintain show home appearance and routine maintenance. Participate in marketing projects, Grand Openings, and Community Events. Respond promptly and professionally to stakeholders. Network to drive traffic and maintain lead follow-up. Complete required reporting timely and thoroughly. Maintain acceptable sales conversion rates. Write and execute reservation and purchase agreements. Attend weekly sales meetings and training. Requirements Active Nevada Real Estate license. Minimum two years’ sales experience, preferably in custom homes or new home construction. Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferred. Excellent presentation, communication, organization, and analytical skills. Ability to work cohesively in a team, develop client relationships, and problem-solve independently. Strong work ethic with a client-focused approach. Availability to work weekends.
