Job Description

Overview We’re looking for a content designer/writer who can write sharp, helpful, and on-brand content for our banking product and also shape the systems, guidelines, and strategies that help a whole team communicate better. The role balances micro details with macro strategy to ensure coherence, clarity, and personality across product communication. What you’ll do Build deep empathy for our customers and translate it into clear, helpful product content. Partner with product teams to write everything from error messages to onboarding flows to system templates. Extend brand values into the product experience with persuasive, human-centered copy. Create and socialize guidelines for style, mechanics, shared language, and system-wide voice consistency; define and evolve the architecture of reusable content components; establish principles for how we utilize channels (in-app, email, notifications, etc.) and their cadence. Collaborate with research and design to test and refine messaging. Support major initiatives by partnering with product designers and PMMs to help customers understand new developments. What we’re looking for 5-7 years of experience in Content Design or Product Writing with experience balancing writing craft and system thinking. Someone who moves comfortably between detail-level execution and team-wide strategy. Strong communication skills: able to advocate for voice, consistency, and clarity across disciplines. A proactive partner who brings ideas—not just execution—to the table. Curiosity, empathy, and a willingness to experiment. FinTech experience is a plus. How to apply To apply, please complete your application and submit a cover letter along with your portfolio, website, or other samples of your work. Provide an idea of how you show up and tell data-driven stories. We will not consider applications without a cover letter and work samples. Salary, equity, and benefits The total rewards package includes base salary, equity (stock options), and benefits. Salary ranges are competitive within the SaaS and fintech industry and updated regularly using reliable compensation survey data. New hire offers are based on experience, location, and internal pay equity relative to peers.
