Job Type: Contract

Compensation Range: $55 70 per hour

Senior Content Designer on the Dash team for AI-powered products. The role focuses on shaping the UX and content strategy to make complex AI feel simple, helpful, and trustworthy, with emphasis on onboarding and activation to improve user experience for hundreds of millions of users.

Youll partner closely with product designers, engineers, product managers, and researchers, bringing a user-focused point of view to every project. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver with a passion for craft and a commitment to lifting up their teammates.

Responsibilities

• Drive content strategy and UX writing across key growth experiences.
• Translate complex concepts into friendly, easy-to-understand experiences.
• Craft content informed by user feedback, metrics, technical constraints, and accessibility best practices.
• Partner closely with product designers, engineers, product managers, and researchers to ensure content meets business goals and user needs.
• Contribute to workshops and critiques to elevate the quality of our work.

Qualifications

• 7 years of professional writing experience, with at least 5 years focused on in-product content.
• A knack for crafting end-to-end experiences and translating technical talk into people speak.
• Proven ability to prioritize across multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams, including designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers.
• A portfolio of content design that demonstrates your skills and experience.
• Experience working on zero-to-one (01) products or on productivity tools/AI-powered products is a plus.

Skills

• Professional writing experience, with at least 5 years focused on in-product content.
• UX & Content Strategy.
• AI/Productivity Tools Experience.
