We are seeking a Skilled Trade Staffing Recruiter to join our team! This position is responsible for recruiting tradespeople across the country to serve our client's needs. 

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of two years of experience in a fast-paced customer service-oriented recruiting position. This position requires periodic evening and weekend work (from home). This is not a typical 9-5 position, this position requires occasional evening and weekend time when we are working against a deadline to meet the staffing needs of our clients. We are looking for a highly motivated, quick learning individual who works well with a team.

Staffing and recruiting experience is required.

Supervision Exercised: None
Level of Supervision Received: General
Responsibility/ Authority
(A) Relationships: Interacts with all levels of employees and leadership
(B) Equipment: Laptop, Cell Phone & Company Credit Card
(C) Pay: Base Salary plus Monthly Commission Structure

Responsibilities:

• Screen, Recruit, and Interview Potential Skilled Tradespeople 
• Works directly with Business Development Manager to meet all staffing needs
• On-board all New Hires
• Mitigate any issues with TradeCorp Employees
• Identify, Schedule and Participate in Job Fairs
• Implement company culture, values and policies
• Provide management with requested reports and documents
• Coordinate Events focused on Employee Recognition
• Accurately maintain employee files

Qualifications:

• Previous Experience in Human Resources and Skilled Trades Recruiting
• Knowledge of Labor and Employment Laws
• Ability to Build Rapport with all Employees
• Strong Organizational Skills
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
