We are looking for a dependable and dedicated individual to manage our location. You will provide great customer service, make connections within the community, have great communication skills, and have a winning attitude. 

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the store is open on time 
• Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
• Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
• Resolve escalated customer complaints 
• Completed deliveries as needed.
• Work events or connect groups
• Answer phones, reach out to medical clinics
• hours range from 40-45 hours per week.
• Send in daily reports 
• Create monthly action plans
• Conduct Inventory Counts

​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields
• Understanding the medical or insurance field - preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong leadership qualities
• Must have valid DL and Vehicle (you own) 
• Associates degree preferred
