Overview Direct message the job poster from Dynasticx LLC We are seeking a motivated and technically strong Scrum Master with 3–4 years of experience to guide our Agile teams in delivering high-quality products. The ideal candidate will combine a solid understanding of Agile frameworks with hands-on technical knowledge to help teams remove blockers, streamline delivery, and continuously improve. Responsibilities Agile Facilitation & Coaching – Act as Scrum Master for 1–2 cross-functional development teams. Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Coach the team and stakeholders on Agile best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Delivery & Process Management – Ensure sprint goals and backlog items are well defined, estimated, and delivered on time. Track progress using Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally). Identify and proactively remove impediments to ensure smooth delivery. Technical Awareness – Work closely with engineers, QA, DevOps, and product owners to understand dependencies and technical challenges. Support the team in managing CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and integration with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP). Collaborate with architects on backlog refinement for technical stories (e.g., code refactoring, automation, infrastructure as code). Stakeholder Collaboration – Partner with Product Owners to refine and prioritize backlog. Communicate sprint progress, risks, and delivery status to leadership and business stakeholders. Ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution. Qualifications & Experience 3–4 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile project management role. Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching teams in Scrum and/or other Agile frameworks. Proficiency with Agile tooling (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally) and a solid understanding of CI/CD concepts. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, QA, DevOps, and product owners. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
