Role Description
This is a part-time, remote Title Examiner role based in the Buffalo-Niagara Falls area. The Title Examiner will be responsible for conducting comprehensive title searches, reviewing title documents, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and verifying the chain of title for real estate transactions. Tasks include examining deeds, title opinions, and escrow records, identifying and resolving title defects, and preparing accurate reports. Additional responsibilities include working closely with team members to deliver excellent client service and assist in completing compliant and timely transactions.
