Talent4Health is seeking a travel Surgical Technologist for a travel job in Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin.

M-F 0700-1730 4–10-hour shifts with alternating day off. Possible 1 hour flex to shift time. Call requirement once a week and every 5th weekend.

• Prepare OR suites: verify case carts, instruments, implants, equipment, and supplies; open sterile items; maintain strict aseptic technique.
• Perform surgical scrub duties: gown/glove protocol, draping, instrument management, anticipating surgeon needs across our case mix (including robotics and total joints).
• Conduct accurate counts (sponges, sharps, instruments); assist with specimen handling, labeling, and documentation per policy.
• Support equipment setup/operation (e.g., robotic platforms, endoscopy towers, power tools, tourniquets, microscopes) in collaboration with biomed/clinical engineering.
• Facilitate room turnover, reprocessing hand‑off to SPD, and readiness for the next case; escalate equipment or quality issues promptly.
• Uphold infection prevention, safety, and regulatory standards (AORN, The Joint Commission, CMS, OSHA); follow Advocate Health policies.
• Collaborate effectively across surgeons, anesthesia, RNs, SAs/APPs; contribute to a positive, high‑reliability team culture.
  • First-time traveler? NOFlex across both sites (Mount Pleasant and Racine ASC) based on daily assignments and service needs.
    Performs a variety of preparatory, scrubbing and related services necessary to provide patient service in the operating room. Assists with surgical cases in all specialty areas.  Call requirement 1 weekend a month and once a week.
