The Role

The Warehouse Associate shall be responsible completing all receiving, fulfilling, and assembly tasks assigned to the warehouse. The Warehouse associate will also help maintain rental equipment in good working order and available for customer orders.

• Ensure all orders that can ship are shipped in the expected time frame
\n
• Receive all orders in the same day the goods arrive to BlastOne
\n
• Ensure all customer returns are processed within 24 hours of receiving goods
\n
• Label every item prior to putting it on the shelf as per BlastOne label standards
\n
• Complete all work orders on or before the assigned due date
\n
• Complete scheduled cycle counts for the day, week, and month
\n
• Stock the warehouse shelves in an organized and safe manner
\n
• Maintain appropriate level of warehouse packaging to maintain needs of the organization
\n
• Pick and receive with assigned handheld device
\n
• Follow necessary assigned warehouse checklist items on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
\n
• Assist in check-in/check-out, maintenance and repair of rental equipment.
\n
• Champion a safe workplace
\n
• Keep warehouse assembly area clean and organized ready for work
\n
• Communicate in a positive manner with internal and external customers
\n
• Communicate via phone/email swiftly to confirm or keep work moving through the warehouse as expected
\n
• Keep yard area free of trash and debris
\n
• Other tasks and duties based upon business needs.
\n

Required Skills/Qualifications

\n
• At least 1-2 years of Warehouse Experience including shipping and receiving
\n
• Forklift experience
\n
• Heavy lifting up to but not limited to 70 lbs.
\n
• Ability to stand for shift duration
\n
• Incredible Customer Service skills
\n
• Enthusiasm, drive, passion
\n
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle everyday challenges
\n
• Solid grasp of basic computer systems - Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel
\n
• Reliable – you can be counted on to do a great job
\n
• Winning attitude – you hold your emotions in check, even in tough situations
\n
• Must have demonstrated leadership abilities; excellent organizational & critical thinking skills; high sense of urgency; strongly motivated; balanced perspective; and an effective communicator at all levels.
\n
• Brilliant task and time management skills. You always complete your assigned tasks on time, every time!
\n
• Excellent attention to detail. The detail matters! If we can't get the small things right, we'll never hope to get the big things right!
