WAREHOUSE DOCK WORKER

THE POSITION:

As a Dock Worker, you’ll play a key role in supporting our post-retail operations. You’ll assist with processing donated goods, keeping equipment ready for transportation flow, and ensuring merchandise is moved safely and efficiently. This role also requires maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area while providing excellent customer service.

As a Dock Worker at our Logistics Facility, you will:

• Load, unload, and move goods in the warehouse and on/off trucks
• Operate material handling equipment (training provided)
• Assist with quality control and processing donated merchandise
• Safely operate or support baler operations when assigned
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all safety policies and report hazards or incidents promptly
• Provide courteous and helpful customer assistance
• Support team leaders and work cooperatively with team members

THE QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 40 lbs regularly (team assistance available for heavier items)
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
• Ability to stand, bend, and reach throughout the shift
• Team player with a positive, friendly attitude
• Reliable and able to follow safety procedures
• Previous warehouse or material handling experience a plus (but not required)
• Forklift or safety certifications preferred (not required – training provided)
• Must be able to sit, stand, bend, and reach for extended periods of time

THE PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to lift, push, pull, carry or otherwise move up to 40 pounds with no support regularly
